A few simple guidelines help everyone feel comfortable. Respect that every woman's experience is different. We ask members to keep personal stories shared in the Circle private. After your free five days, you can choose whether to join paid membership. Payment begins only when you complete checkout; your host then arranges your Circle access.
Expert Hour brings group learning and general questions across four specialist areas. Sessions offer general education, not one-to-one coaching, individual health assessments or personal medical, clinical or nutrition advice. Speak with your GP about personal symptoms or treatment.
Your MenoGrit host welcomes members, helps the group get to know one another and keeps the conversation flowing. Hosts provide community support and reply personally, rather than around the clock.
